 No returns, refunds, or cancellations will be accepted once an order has been shipped.

Damaged Items / Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for items that arrive damaged. Customers must inspect all items upon delivery and email photos of any damage within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Requests submitted more than 24 hours after confirmed delivery will not be eligible for exchange.

If an exchange request is approved:

• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

• The damaged item must be returned before a replacement is sent.

• The replacement item will be shipped after the damaged item has been received and inspected.

Order Cancellations & Refunds (Before Shipping)

Customers may request an order cancellation and refund only if the order has not shipped after 90 days from the purchase date.

Effective Date

This policy applies to all new orders placed on or after August 19th, 2026.
